G-Drive Represents at ECCP Women’s Month Celebration: Women Who Shape Tomorrow: Giving to Gain Progress

Last March 11, 2026, G-Drive Solutions represented at the European Chamber of Commerce’s 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰: 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, at the Makati Diamond Residences.

Ms. Samantha Betia-Pagdanganan, currently sitting on the board of G-Drive Solutions as the Director for Sustainability and ACCIONA as the Director for Communications moderated the first panel discussion. Also in attendance was Mr. Carlos Pagdanganan, G-Drive’s Corporate Secretary, and Mr. Anthony Betia, G-Drive’s Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs.

The forum involved discussions on key topics such as the role of women in previously male-dominated industries, driving innovation and navigating careers.

Several incredible women graced the event with their presence and insights: H.E. Emma Hickey, Irish Ambassador to the Philippines; H.E. Smiljana Knez, Slovenian Ambassador to the Philippines; Head of Research and Development Paula Ferrer Cheng, RPsy, Mind You; and Dr. Emmie Liza Perez-Chiong, Undersecretary of the Department of Health (Philippines).

The forum also featured inspiring stories and perspectives from Ms. Gina Romero, Founder of Connected Women; Ms. Iris Pabustan Palacio, CFA, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of HSBC Philippines; Ms. Mariana Zobel de Ayala, U-GO Board Advisor and Ayala Corporation Managing Director; Dr. Maria Caironiza Salcedo, Medical Operations Manager, mWell (Metro Pacific Health Tech)-KonsultaMD; Ms. Geeta Royyuru, Head of HR at Unilever Philippines; and Ms. Toni B. Tompar, Executive Vice President – Operations at TP in the Philippines.

The event was attended by ECCP President Paulo Duarte and Vice President Roman Menz, along with ECCP Women in Business Committee (WIB) Chair Sheila Lobien and Co-Chair Jen Alava-Francisco. It was hosted by Ms. Abi Paco, Executive Headhunter at Global Executive Solutions Group (GESG).
